Gizmo is looking for a HOME!<br/><br/>This handsome little 20lb muscle man is looking for a patient forever family that will give him the time he needs to feel safe and loved.<br/><br/>Gizmo absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with confident canine companions to help show him the ropes. Once he trusts you, he is unbelievably loyal, affectionate, and full of kisses. His foster dad is his entire world, and Gizmo's sweet, goofy personality shines bright with the people he knows and loves. His favorite hobbies are running in the yard and keeping a collection of chewies. <br/><br/>He's well-mannered in the home, not destructive, and enjoys being close to his people, but due to his past, Gizmo does not show his soft side right away. New people can be scary for him, and his fear often comes out as barking and growling during introductions.<br/><br/>What Gizmo needs is someone understanding, patient, and willing to let him decompress at his own pace. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need.
