Meet LAFM Gizmo ??? Breed: Shih Tzu?? Age: About 13 years young<br/><br/>Gizmo is a lovable little bean bag of fluff who adores being carried and cuddled. He’s the definition of a sweet old soul — gentle, affectionate, and always happy to be loved. ??<br/><br/>This smart boy is a quick learner and picks up on routines easily (especially feeding time ?). He knows exactly where to go when it’s time to eat, sleep, or go potty. Gizmo does his business outside, but if he’s indoors, he’ll use a pee pad or let you know he needs to go out. When he gets anxious, he’ll do a few little circles to tell you — it’s his way of communicating!<br/><br/>Gizmo loves car rides, gets along wonderfully with other dogs and humans, and is happy to go on walks — just with a bit of patience while he learns his new surroundings.<br/><br/>Bath time? No problem! He actually enjoys his baths and towel time. On chilly days, he loves being gently dried with a diffuser. He’s also great about being brushed — truly a good boy through and through. ?<br/><br/>? Health Notes:?Gizmo has had a full dental work-up and is doing great! He will, however, need eye drops indefinitely for dry eye — something he handles like a champ.<br/>Gizmo had a full dental cleaning and some extractions.<br/>Gizmo came to us with bladder/kidney stones that he was supposed to have removed but it was mostly resolved with a special prescription urinary care diet which is recommended long term. We do also recommend xray rechecks to make sure all stays clear.<br/><br/>He may be small, but Gizmo’s heart is huge. This little guy just wants to be close to you, soaking up all the love he can.
