Toby's Rescue's Adoption Policy

We post on our website and on Petfinder. When we receive an inquiry, we send out the application. We do a phone interview and if all looks good, we proceed with a virtual or in-person home visit. Then we arrange the meet and greet with the pup. At that point, we finalize the adoption with an adoption contract.
