Ginger's Story

My name is Ginger. I am a lab/boxer mix born 1/20/2024. My sister and I were found in the country, no one knows how we got there.

I am still very shy with people, but once I get to know you I am a very energetic, playful little girl. I like balls and toys and any water or mud puddle I can find. I do like to chew so chew toys is a must. I do like baths and do not fight when getting one. I do not like the leash just yet, but I am very smart and working on learning how to walk like a good girl.

I enjoy having someone around most of the time. I might try escape when scared or alone so leaving me outside for longer than potty breaks is not a good idea. Please be patient with me while we learn each other and I learn manners and commands. I do sleep in a crate and find comfort in there.

My adoption fee is $175 which includes my vaccinations, microchip, spay, heartworm negative test and monthly heartworm meds. I will be at the adoption event this Saturday 11-2 at 8901 highway 87 building 119. You can also email adoptions.spspca@gmail.com with questions.
