Ginger's Story

Ginger is an approx 10 month old possibly Japanese Spitz/Shiba Inu mix from Korea. She currently weighs around 20 lbs. She is a very gentle soul. She looks for affection and asks for petting. Ginger is comfortable with people around but she needs some space at first. She is a bit shy. She is learning some great things in her foster home. At first she was afraid doors, stairs, harnesses, leash and just being outside. She was being carried outside to make the experience less stressful for her but after just a few days with other dogs, she is already a pro. She enjoys walks now and gets very excited with seeing the leash. She is house broken. She loves just being with someone, showing her your love and affection and of course offering her yummy treats. She really enjoys and thrives in the company of other dogs so looking for a home that already has a confident resident dog. She is good with cats. Adoption requirements: home owner with a secure fenced yard, no young children and must be in a position to offer a lifetime home. To apply, please tell us about your family, current and past pets and the environment in which she would live. Include a home phone number. Adoption fee $500 which includes a tracker collar
