Like many GSDs, Gimli forms deep bonds with his person, and he's finding it a bit challenging to adjust after being surrendered through no fault of his own. Now in a loving Misty Eyes foster home, he's beginning his journey toward finding the one special person or family he can call his own.<br/><br/>Gimli is a sensitive, somewhat anxious boy with mild separation anxiety, but with patience, consistency, and companionship, his confidence will continue to grow. Once he feels secure, he will reward his person with unwavering loyalty and devotion—everything this incredible breed is known for.<br/><br/>He is crate-trained, has good house manners, and is not destructive in the home (though he may occasionally test the counters for snacks!).
