I'm getting closer to finding my forever family! <br/>I'm a 5-year-old English Bulldog with a whole lot of love to give and a personality that will keep you smiling. My favorite things? Being with my people, going for car rides, getting ALL the attention, and, of course, SNACKS! Seriously, if you have food, we're probably going to be best friends. <br/>Now, my story has had a few bumps along the way. I had surgery to repair my left hip, but unfortunately, I ended up with a paralyzed leg and a condition called drop foot. But do you think that stopped me? HECK NO!<br/>With range-of-motion exercises, massages, icing, and lots of physical therapy, I've worked SO hard to get where I am today! I'm now in my second round of therapy, and guess what? I GET TO SWIM! That's my JAM! I even swam seven laps in one session! Okay, so my foster mom had to run around the pool teasing me with toys, but a girl has to have some motivation, right?! <br/>I'm making progress, and continued physical therapy gives me the best chance at improving my mobility. I do have some lingering drop foot that affects my paw and toes, so I'm getting a special boot to help protect them when I walk. My care team is working hard to keep me comfortable and help me be the very best version of myself.<br/>So, what am I looking for? <br/>A forever family who sees ME-not just my medical challenges. Someone willing to continue my physical therapy, celebrate my victories, and put in the work to help this girl SPARKLE! I promise to repay you with endless snuggles, unconditional love, hilarious side-eye, and a lifetime of being your very best friend.<br/>When I'm not busy being a therapy superstar, you can find me curled up on the couch, keeping an eye on the neighborhood through the window, or supervising my people. I'm a little nosy. It's part of my charm! <br/>I'm so grateful for all the prayers, love, and positive thoughts that have helped me along this journey. Now, I'm ready for my next chapter: MY FOREVER HOME! <br/>And between us? My foster mom might have a few feelings about me leaving, but I think it's time for me to find the family I've been working so hard for!<br/>Could you be the one to help me sparkle? <br/><br/><br/>***Adoption Process***<br/>-All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention.<br/>-Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area.<br/>-We DO NOT ship dogs!!!
