Gigi's Story

Super sweet and spicy! Gigi is a 5-month-old, approximately 14 lb. Corgi mix likely with Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, or Heeler. Or velociraptor. Her sweet brown eyes will melt your heart. She was surrendered after the arrival of a baby. Gigi is looking for a home with an experienced, active, and involved adopter. She is very sweet and full of puppy energy. She is not a good fit for a first time herding breed owner. She has been very friendly with dogs and people, but her rambunctious play is going to be too intense for children. She is working on potty training and is doing incredibly well. Daily walks, exercise, and mental stimulation are a must, as is a secure fenced yard for her to run in. Gigi would love a tolerant playmate who is also very active and loves to wrestle. Puppy manners class is highly recommended to help her focus and bond. She is very smart and has learned to use the dog door, and also rides very well in the car. Microchipped, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines, Gigi would love to snuggle very close to you on the couch at night to keep you warm.
If you are interested in meeting Gigi, the first step is to complete our meet and greet application at
https://www.corgisandfriends.com/forms
We require the application, home and reference check, and meet with everyone in the home. Her adoption fee is $425 and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.
