Ghost's Story
Do not worry, this Ghost will not haunt your house. In fact, he is more likely to follow you around hoping for belly rubs and a cozy place to nap. This striking all white Husky mix is ready to leave his stray days behind and start his next chapter with a family of his own.Ghost has a beautiful white coat and soulful brown eyes that shows his warm personality. At 7 months old and 42 pounds, we can only estimate his adult size, however, we believe he will likely be a large dog over 60 pounds when fully grown. Ghost enjoys playing with other dogs. He would love a home where he can stretch his legs, play with his toys, and then settle in nearby for some well-earned relaxation with his people. He has not yet had the opportunity to meet cats since coming into rescue, so his compatibility with them is currently unknown. Ghost has mastered his house training and crate training but it's important to remember that accidents can happen when transitioning to a new home. He is working hard to learn to walk nicely on a leash. Most assuredly, Ghost is eager to keep learning and growing alongside his forever family. All he needs now is someone willing to take a chance and welcome him home. If you have been looking for a loyal companion with striking good looks and an even sweeter heart, Ghost may be the one for you.* When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Ghost is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
