Hey there...I'm Georgie Girl.<br/><br/>I was taken in as a pup and my pet parent just recently went into Hospice. So, family members from out of state had to find a place for me quickly and lucky for me BFF had a foster home opening. <br/><br/>My dad's name was George...so I am named after him. He was a good dad, just not able to care for me properly in the last days. <br/><br/>I am now 2 yrs old. I have been spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and have been given a 6 mo. Pro heart vaccine as prevention. I am on monthly flea prevention. I am fully vetted. My adoption fee is $300<br/><br/>I am a beagle mix, weighing about 25 lbs. I do have some long legs. I have the beagle bark/bay but am not noisy at all. I play well with others in my foster home. I do well in a kennel and am housebroken. Of course, accidents do happen, and my new family will need to get me on their schedule for the pottie breaks. <br/><br/>I am shy at first...but quickly get over that. I just need that secure feeling. I am a cuddler, very affectionate and love to play with toys. I love my foster dad and tend to bond more with men, probably because my first parent was male.<br/><br/>If you would like to add me to your family, there is an application process, this doesn't lock you in, it just gets the process started.
