Gentleman the distinguished Doberman was rescued from the Clearlake shelter. He came to us severely emaciated. He is under the loving care of our medical team, including a nutrition plan for steady weight gain, which he is very much enjoying! Gentleman is a sweet dog who is ready to gobble up all of the food and love you have to give him. He currently weighs about 58lbs but should weigh more like 80lbs. He hopes you'll excuse his poor ear crop job and docked tail; he promises he's not a scary dog. When he's not shaking you down for snacks, he's leaning up against your legs for pets. Gentleman has shown discomfort around other dogs so he needs to be your one and only. However, he is very easily redirected with treats, so navigating public spaces is not an issue.
