Genesse's Story
(2 years, 72 lbs)
Personality: fun, happy, excited, snuggly, joyful, social, gentle

Whoever said a dog was "man's best friend" must have been talking about Genesse. This brown-eyed girl is happiest when she's spending time with her people on a long walk or nestled on the couch. She's a true cuddle bug with an endless appetite for giving and receiving affection.

Gen is full of personality. You can always find her with a toy in her mouth or a goofy grin on her face. She loves romping and playing with the large resident dog in her foster home. And at the dog park, she's thrilled to make new friends. Genesse is learning to properly greet other dogs while out on leash walks.

This little smartie is food-motivated, which helps with training. Gen knows words like "sit," "down," and "touch," and she'll give you a polite signal when she's ready to go out for a bathroom break.

At night she sleeps in her crate without making a peep. Genesse is improving at going potty while on the leash, but is great when she has a yard to use. She would love to learn much more by your side!

Looking for a devoted friend to join you on life's adventures?
