Gary's Story

Gary is what happens when you take a Labrador Retriever and select “fun-size.”

He’s 2 years old, packed with personality, and powered entirely by love, curiosity, and poor decision-making when it comes to snacks. Gary is affectionate, goofy, and always ready to hang out, cuddle, or supervise whatever you’re doing.

He’s wonderful with kids and thrives on attention, happily soaking up every ounce of love like the little emotional sponge he is.

Gary does enjoy sampling items he finds on the floor. Are they toys? Are they crumbs? Are they absolutely not food? Gary believes every object deserves a fair evaluation. Because of this, he’d do best in a home where small objects can be kept safely out of reach.

He does have an enlarged heart, which sounds dramatic, but it doesn’t slow him down and just needs routine monitoring during his yearly vet visits.

Breed-wise, we suspect Lab mixed with something smaller, but Gary personally identifies as Perfect.

His adoption fee is $0, which is frankly a steal for this much personality in such a compact Labrador.
