Shelter personnel say Garland is so smart and gentle and walks well on a leash! How could such a beauty not have a home? Affectionate and kind, Garland will be fully vetted before going to his forever home, we can offer foster to adopt as well and help with transport. We have a nice video of him meeting another dog.
