Galaxy is a 2 year old mixed breed rescued from a high-kill shelter. This dog is current on vaccinations, microchipped, 4dx/heartworm tested, and spayed/neutered. This dog is also tested with other dogs, kennel-trained, and housebroken. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if it might be a good fit for your home. <br/><br/>The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. You are also welcome to fill out an adoption application at one of our adoption events, however, a hold can not be placed without an approved application. We also require an approved application in order to handle animals at our events. If you decide to fill out an application at one of our events, please plan on bringing your proof of home ownership (if you own) or pet addendum/landlord approval (if you rent). Also plan to bring current vaccination records for any personal pets that you may have. (Please note, if submitted past 5pm on Monday-Friday, online applications will begin review the following day. If submitted on Saturday or Sunday, online adoption applications will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 24-48 hours for an application to be processed.)<br/><br/>Our adoption event for December 2 and 9 will be held from 10am-1pm at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).<br/><br/>On December 16, we will be holding our annual Deck the Paws holiday event from 10am-1pm at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).<br/><br/>From December 17-20, we will be offering Santa Delivery for puppies, kittens, and small animals. A $100 donation will be added in addition to the animal's adoption fee. The delivery radius is within 5 miles of Fort Collins. Adoption paperwork, adoption fee, and the $100 donation will be taken prior to delivery.
