Whether she's trotting around the backyard, enjoying a leisurely walk, or stretching out in a cool spot outside, she's content simply being part of the family.<br/><br/>At about 52 pounds, Gabby is the perfect medium-sized companion. She walks beautifully on leash (no pulling here! ), gets along well with other dogs, and has been wonderful with her foster home's resident cat. <br/><br/>One of Gabby's most endearing qualities is how incredibly gentle she is. Give her a treat and she'll take it ever so carefully, as if it's made of glass. She also absolutely melts for chin scratches, head rubs, and neck scritches.<br/><br/>Gabby would love a calm, quieter home where she can settle into a comfortable routine. A retired couple, someone who works from home, or anyone looking for a loyal best friend would be lucky to have her. A fenced yard would be a big bonus, as she enjoys spending time outdoors. <br/><br/>She's not demanding, doesn't suffer from separation anxiety, and is generally very easy to have around. The only thing she isn't a fan of? Thunderstorms!
