I'm a joyful, curious, and sometimes wildly enthusiastic little pup with a big heart and even bigger adventures ahead of me. I'll be upfront - I'm a bit shy, and new people, sudden noises, or surprise touches can startle me. But don't let that fool you. Once I feel safe, I am all in. I love cuddling, sniffing out hidden treats in tall grass (this nose doesn't miss a thing), exploring every inch of a new walking trail, and attempting to jog alongside you - though I should warn you, I get so excited about running next to you and looking up at you at the same time that I literally tumble over myself when I do, then end up in a slightly confused, but happy little heap on the ground, ready to do it again right away! I'm still working on the graceful part. Maybe you can help? I need a home without children under 12, so we can take the time to truly get to know each other and build something special - a friendship, a routine, a life full of good walks and sniffed-out secrets.
