CTDR was contacted and immediately sprung into action to get Frodo into Rescue. This little guy is 9 months and has completed most of his vetting process. Frodo is a friendly boy and loves all adults and kids he has met. His favorite things include sunbathing outside in the yard and roaming the yard and he loves chew toys.
