Frito's Story

Meet Frito! This dapper fellow is 10+ years old and mostly toothless. But don’t let his age fool you, he is still a spunky, happy-go-lucky dude! Frito weighs about 17 lbs, and he is a sweet social butterfly. He loves using his long legs to prance around and dances with his front paws straight up in the air when he is excited. Frito LOVES treats (he still has good back teeth for chewing). This handsome boy would love a forever home for the holidays. He is up to date on all shots and preventative, heartworm negative, and neutered. Please let us know if you’d like to meet this unique little fellow.

Madisonville Animal Control's Adoption Policy

All animals adopted through us will be up to date on vaccinations, HW and flea meds, and spayed or neutered. The adoption fees for our animals are as follows. Puppies under 4 months: $65 Dogs over 4 months: $50 Kittens and cats: $30 If you would like to set up an appointment to meet any of our dogs please call the Animal Control Officer Ellie Hickerson at 936-245-9006 Monday-Friday 8am until 5pm.
