Moving on to where the attention is deserved, Frito came to us from one of our rescue partners in Texas. He hitched a ride at an estimated 6 months old with our friends from Dog is My Co Pilot and flew here just to meet us.<br/>Off the bat Frito is a lover. He knows no stranger. He's goofy, and loves to run around with you. He has does anything for a treat and we are loving learning more about him every day.<br/>He is working on kennel training and so far has been a good student.<br/>He doesn't have a lot of leash experience so we are working on that, so adopters must be aware that this is something he might still need help on at the time of adoption.<br/>So far he is doing well with potty training considering he came from a shelter environment! This is of course with a structure routine. As always a new addition may have a rough transition as they are learning a new environment and schedule so patience is needed.<br/>If you're looking for a friend who gives you companionship and also makes you laugh, he is the one. <br/>Frito is being fostered in Chicagoland area and is looking for a forever home within 3 hours of Chicago.
