This sweet soul was found a stray in dire shape, wandering the streets of Massachusetts. <br/><br/>UPDATE from her foster mom: She has been adjusting great here! Her temperament is really good! She is super sweet and attentive to her surroundings. She has been wonderful with our two dogs! We have two female German Shepherds.<br/><br/>She's housebroken, does well on the leash and in the crate.<br/><br/>***************************************************************<br/><br/>At her previous temporary foster home they also had two medium/large dogs, male and female, and she was great with them as well! <br/><br/>Her previous foster family had nothing but great things to say about her; She is such a good dog, she's great with other dogs, loves to play and wrestle. She's great with kids. She definitely bonds to her people quickly and has become attached to me, she's very lovey and cuddly and super sweet!!<br/><br/>She has never been around cats and definitely has a bit of a prey drive. <br/><br/>*********************************************************<br/><br/><br/>When Freya's not pondering the meaning of life, she loves playing with her squeaky toys and cuddling on the couch which is really the best way to spend your day! She's met several other dogs and got along with them, but hasn't been exposed to cats yet. She's done well on a leash and crate. <br/><br/><br/><br/>All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
