Freya's Story

Anyone out there like short, sassy girls with amazing RBF?
Perhaps a girl that will tippy-tap and give judgmental huffs in your general direction?
Maybe even a girl that will destroy all the fluffy stuffies she can find and adores a good chew bone?

Freya, aka FreyFrey might just be your new BFF!

Freya has been here at the rescue with us for almost a year. She loves her foster fam, but she just cannot imagine why someone hasn't brought her home to rule their roost yet.
is estimated to be 4-5, but we have no way of really knowing since she was stray. She has been spayed, fully vetted, and kept on heartworm prevention since joining the rescue. Freya gets along well with other dogs her size, but we would not recommend cats or birds - those would be too much like toys. Freya is mostly housetrained, but will need someone willing to continue working with her to ensure no accidents, especially since her pretty paws do NOT like the outside when its cold or wet. She is crate trained, but also loves a good couch cushion or fluffy bed when it comes time for recharging. She's a bit of a loner, but with patience, she's quite the lovable little girl with the SOFTEST fur on her face and head (which she loves having rubbed).

Think she's meant to be your new bestie?
