Freya's Story

🐾 Meet Our Big, Bold, Beautiful Giant Schnauzer Girl! 🐾

Looking for a loyal shadow with a big bark and an even bigger heart? This 4-year-old spayed female Giant Schnauzer might be your perfect match!

She’s sweet, devoted, and very people-oriented—once she knows you, you’re her person. At first she can be a little skittish (we suspect her past wasn’t always kind), but give her a moment and you’ll see the love shine through. Her bark may make you think twice about opening the door… but don’t worry—it quickly turns into tail wags and affection once she realizes it’s you!

🍖 Food Motivation Level: Expert
This girl will happily work for treats and does have basic training, especially when snacks are involved. Continued training is a must, and she’ll thrive with someone committed to helping her build confidence and polish her manners. She was never crate trained, but we are working on it.

🎾 Favorite Things:
• Playing ball (a few times a day, please!)
• Being close to her humans
• Snacks. All the snacks.

🐕 The Fine Print:
• About 90 lbs of strong, high-drive Schnauzer
• Up to date on vaccines, spayed, bloodwork complete
• Can be a bit of a bossy lady with other dogs—may do best as an only pet
• No apartments—she needs a yard to run and stretch those legs
• No small children
• Best suited for someone with experience handling large, high-drive dogs

She needs time, patience, structure, and lots of love, but for the right person, she’ll be an incredibly loyal companion.

📸 She’s the one looking at the camera!

💙 Rescue: Operation Barking Squirrel Rescue
📧 Email: operationbarkingsquirrel@gmail.com

If you’re ready for a devoted, big-personality dog who just wants to belong, she’s waiting to meet you! 🐾

https://form.jotform.com/242325376918160
