Frenchie's Story
FrenchieTag No: 7165Registered Name: French PanamaxBreed: GreyhoundDate of Birth: October 31, 2022Color: White and BlackCat Trainable: NoDog Friendly: Ok with greyhoundsKid Friendly: No small childrenWeight: 73 lbs (currently underweight)Location: Woodinville, WA (Kennel)Comments: Frenchie is delightful and happy. Frenchie is all about the joy in life. He loves learning and pleasing you. He is a lot of dog (and a big, tall boy) and will need an active home. He is learning to walk on leash, but is still strong on leash. He loves meeting people and other dogs. He is reportedly good with other dogs, including small dogs. Frenchie does have bursts of excitable energy, and loves to do zoomies, so we do not recommend him with young children as he may accidentally knock them down. Frenchie would love a home that continues to challenge him with training. He enjoys learning and is eager to please. He may make a good agility candidate, although once he finds a bed he is a typical greyhound and can be hard to motivate to move. Initial impressions are he will not do well in an apartment. Frenchie did not do well in our cat testing, so will need a home without cats. He is a bit of a jumper and will need a 6 foot fence.
If you would like to sponsor Frenchie, you can get more info here: https://greyhoundpetsinc.org/support/sponsor-a-dog/
Greyhound Pets, Inc. - www.greyhoundpetsinc.org - 877-468-7681
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ADOPT A GREYHOUND?
Read Greyhound Pets, Inc.
