He was chained to a tree on a property with several other emaciated dogs. They were covered in sores. It was heartbreaking. He has blossomed at the shelter in Cancun to the beautiful boy you see now. He needs someone willing to work with him, train him, and he will be your most loyal companion. <br/> <br/>TEMPERAMENT<br/>FREDDY is an incredibly sweet and loving dog, very calm. He loves to be around people and Freddy is beginning to explore the world. He also would be great with a family, as he already has shown gentle affection.<br/><br/>His only issue is that he can be reactive to other male dogs in his space. <br/>We are willing to negotiate on the adoption fee.
