What is Pick Me! Pet Rescue’s adoption process?

The first step in the adoption process is to complete an application.  We do not set up meet and greets or telephone calls before the application is approved.  Once the application is approved a phone interview will follow, and then a home visit will be scheduled.  We are an all volunteer, private rescue and respect the time and effort of our fosters and volunteers.  Please do not ask for exceptions.

What is Freddie’s adoption fee?

Is Freddie good with kids?

Freddie is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Freddie good with other animals?

Freddie is good with other dogs. Freddie is not good with cats.

When can I meet Freddie?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Freddie?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
