Freddie, an approximately 1 year old, 32 lb, male beagle was surrendered to the rescue with another beagle ( Frankie ). These boys found themselves in our care after a gentleman realized after having them for three months that a bouncy, scent driven nature of the breed wasn't a great fit for his lifestyle. But don't let his brief stint in a mismatched home fool you- Freddie is a gem. True to the breed standard, Freddie is social, eager to please and view everyone the meets as his new best friend. At just a year old Freddie is energetic and quite playful and will need daily exercise with plenty of outdoor exploration. Ideally a fenced yard to run around safely ( and make sure his nose doesn't lead him on a grand adventure ). Freddie is house trained, current on vaccines and will be neutered prior to adoption.
