Hes really come out of his shell and loves people. <br/>Fred would do great with someone that is looking for a couch potato or trips in the car to go sit at the park. Fred is working on learning not to use pee pads and go to bathroom like a big boy outside. We have people fill out an application and provide both personal and vet resources. We then do a meet and greet with people and any existing pets. Once adopted we follow up and make sure adopters have our phone numbers
