This poor guy found himself in a shelter after being dumped or wondered off- either way his "owners" did not want to pay to get him out. In rescue, Fred is doing great playing, getting belly rubs and finding people he trusts. <br/><br/>A little about Fred:<br/><br/>Chubby & Playful: A sweet Chihuahua mix who loves chasing tossed toys—his favorite way to get those daily steps in! <br/>Belly Rub Professional: Master of the "Stop, Drop, and Roll."
