Howdy Doody, wonderful people in the Northeast! I am a very handsome Beagle/Lab mix with a heart of gold! I am about 2 years old, weigh 46 lbs, and, in typical Texas style, I was dumped on the street with 2 other dogs in Bulverde, Texas. It was awful… the police and a bunch of people were trying to round us all up, and the other 2 dogs were running in different directions, but I was the easiest, and the first one to be captured, immediately landing a wonderful foster home. These days, I am neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, happy, healthy, and ready to be someone's forever dog!<br/><br/>I am a sweet, happy, friendly boy, a bit shy at first, but I warm up quickly. I’m a great playmate with my dog buddies, enjoying playtime or a good game of tug-of-war with anyone, whether human or dog. I am food motivated, love treats, dog toys, and being around my people. I’m affectionate and will share kisses. I love going for walks, runs, road trips in the car, or any fun outing with the family. I am well-behaved and good in a home, already housebroken, only bark to alert you, and I don't guard my food or toys. I’m good in a crate, not scared of thunderstorms, and at bedtime, I’m sleeping on a dog couch with some of the other foster dogs. Yep, my foster parents say I’m a lovable, good-natured boy who will make anyone proud to call me their own, a total keeper for sure!
