Frasier's Story

If you’re looking for a quiet couch potato… Frasier would like you to keep scrolling. 😄 But if you’re looking for a smart, playful, high energy sidekick who is ready to keep life interesting, Frasier may be your perfect match. Frasier is a 2 year old terrier, weighing 16#. We think perhaps he is a Wire-Haired Jack Russell or Fox Terrier.

Frasier has energy for days and absolutely loves to play. Toys are one of his favorite things, especially stuffies, although they don’t tend to survive very long in his care.

Frasier is incredibly smart and would really thrive with an active family willing to continue his training. A class at a place like Fur Better Fur Worse Dog Training would be a fantastic outlet for both his brain and his energy.

He is crate trained and very close to being fully potty trained. At the end of the day, after he’s bounced, played, and explored, Frasier is more than happy to curl up and sleep with his people.

Frasier gets along with dogs and cats, but due to his enthusiasm and pogo stick jumping style, older kids may be a better fit. A secure fenced yard is required, as this adventurous boy has already been caught roaming at large once and clearly thinks the world is one big playground.

Frasier is looking for a home that will embrace his zest for life, keep him active, and help guide him into becoming the amazing companion we know he can be.

If you’re ready for a dog who will keep you laughing, moving, and loved every day, Frasier might just be your guy.

Frasier is neutered, current on vaccines and prevention, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300. To meet Frasier, please submit an application at www.k9kindnessrescue.org/adopt. As a reminder, we are not a shelter location and require a scheduled meet and greet.

Adopters must live within 175 miles of the Quad Cities. All pets currently in the home must be routinely kept up to date on shots, prevention and fixed to be approved for adoption.
