Franklin's Story
HUMANITARIAN ADOPTION

Franklin is a survivor of the dog meat trade in Korea. His early life was extremely difficult: he grew up on a farm, without knowing the safety and comfort of a home. Now rescued, Franklin is gradually discovering what it means to be a family dog.

Still learning about life in a home, Franklin has already made great progress. He is house-trained, walks very well on a leash and harness, and enjoys quiet walks. At home, he behaves well when his humans are present, but he still has difficulty when left alone and will need gradual and reassuring support in this area.

Franklin is a sensitive dog who needs time: once he feels confident and attached to his humans, he is loyal and enjoys their company. He will need a patient adopter who is able to respect his pace and continue his training with kindness.

Due to his predatory instincts, Franklin cannot live with small animals. He also prefers to be the only dog in the home, so that he feels safe and completely at ease.

Franklin is looking for a calm, stable, and understanding home where he can continue to rebuild his life and finally enjoy a peaceful existence. For the right person, he will be a deeply grateful and endearing companion.

ADOPTION HUMANITAIRE
