Franklin and his brother are 11 week old toy fox terrier minpin mixes. We are confirmed with a DNA test. They came to us at 4 weeks old full of fleas and hairless. He is just now growing his hair in. He is very tiny and the smallest of the boys, but do not let his small size fool you. He is very spunky and playful. Loves his toys and to do zoomies around the house. He will need a home with no kids or older kids due to his small size. He is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchipped and on heartworm prevention. He will be neutered within the next week. His adoption fee is $425
