Frankie's Story

MEET FRANKIE!

At just 6 months old and 33 pounds, Frankie is already mastering the art of being a professional couch potato.

This sweet, laid-back boy has a pretty simple wish list: a sunny spot to nap, a lap to curl up in, and someone to watch TV with. He’s not asking for much!

Frankie is incredibly affectionate, loves giving kisses, and greets his people like they’re the best thing that’s ever happened to him.

He’s curious about the resident cat, although the cat hasn’t exactly returned his enthusiasm. We think Frankie could do well with a cat friend given proper introductions.

He’s also a great little passenger in the car! There’s just one catch... you have to lift him in. Apparently, Frankie prefers chauffeur service with door-to-door assistance.

He’s still figuring out a few things, like why the blender and vacuum make such suspicious noises. And leash walking is a work in progress. Frankie seems a little unsure about leaving the comfort of home, so he’ll need someone patient to help him build confidence and learn that adventures can be fun!

He’s gentle, easygoing, shows no food aggression, and has so much love to give.

Frankie may only be 6 months old, but he’s got the soul of a retired gentleman. All he needs now is a forever home with a sunny window, a comfy couch, and a lap to call his own.

MORE INFO:
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, or scheduled to be if they arrived in our care too young.
