Meet Frankie!<br/><br/>Frankie is a 7-month-old Pittie mix with the biggest ears, the sweetest face, and a spirit that has never let his rough start slow him down.<br/><br/>When Frankie came to us, he was dealing with a birth defect called hypospadias, which affects the placement of the urinary opening. We happy to share that Frankie does not need surgery for this condition — he urinates normally and it has not affected his ability to live a full, happy puppy life. <br/><br/>Frankie is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered before heading to his new home. He is also housebroken and crate trained. <br/><br/>This little guy has already shown so much resilience.
