Frankie's Story

Hi, my name is Frankie and I'm a 10-week young tan & white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. I'm not at the Shelter as I'm in foster care with my sister Angie, 3 resident dogs & my Foster Mom. I'm crate trained & doing very well with potty training as I go out the backdoor when it's open by myself. There's even a puppy door from the house to the garage & then one to the side yard that I use too. Treats make me happy, so I'll sit for a treat. Cuddling, rough-housing & playing tug-of-war with the other dogs are some of my favorite things. Sleeping & eating are happy times too! Oh, I also LOVE to snuggle with my human. So, won't you come look at me? If you'd like to meet me, you can call my Foster Mom Suzi at 916-922-1222.
Due to severe budget cuts we have a very small staff to care for nearly 300 animals a day.
