Foxy

Foxy is a sweet, gentle little fluffball, with the most adorable fox-like face, and a heart to match. At 9 years old, she’s the perfect balance of cozy couch naps and curious sniffy adventures. Independent at times, Foxy is happy doing her own thing — but the moment you call her over, she’s ready to softly place her paws on you, and dance on her tippy toes for affection. She can be initially nervous around strangers but it doesn't take her long to warm up. <br/><br/>Foxy was welcomed into the CVHS family, when her prior owner was moving out of state, and could not take their animals with them. In her previous home, Foxy loved cuddling, playing ball, and spending time with her people. She lived harmoniously with two cats in her previous home, enjoyed playing with other dogs, and has done well around children, but hasn't lived with them. Foxy would most likely do well with respectful children who are understanding about giving her space, and not all up in her face. She’s also house trained, and would love a home where she can enjoy daily walks, sniffing the world around her, and plenty of comfy places to nap afterward. <br/><br/>Foxy’s beautiful fluffy coat will need regular brushing to keep her looking and feeling her best. If you’re looking for a calm, loving companion with a gentle soul and a whole lot of fluff, Foxy may be your girl! Foxy is pending a canine dental on 5/27.<br/><br/>A 5-week Good Manners training course is included in Foxy's $350.00 adoption fee.
