After undergoing bilateral entropion surgery, battling an infection, and starting the long process of regrowing his hair, Fowler is finally ready to find the forever home he deserves. As he’s started feeling better, his personality has blossomed even more. He absolutely adores other dogs, and is good with kids. He is very interested in cats, and will chase them if they run- so a cat free home may be best. He truly brings joy everywhere he goes. His favorite things in the world are the hose and splashing around in the kiddie pool at his foster home. He loves chest rubs, and will melt right into them.
