Foster needed for Bella's Story

Bella has had a tough life. She’s been moved a few times and we rescued her from living in a small pen with two other dogs outside in Tijuana. Bella was not receiving any medical care but now she’s ready to come to Canada. Bella does well with dogs her own size but is reactive to smaller dogs as she confuses them with cats. Bella really needed to be one over by her foster mom and she did that within one week as you can see from the video. Bella is ready to have a new and wonderful life with a loving owner. You won’t get a better friend! Our first step in adopting a dog from VSPR is to fill out our application form.  Once we have received your application, we call your references and visit you at home.  Once you have been approved to adopt, we will endevour to match up the right dog with the right home and the pets already in your home, if any.
