What is St. Gabriel Animal Rescue’s adoption process?

There are two mandatory requirements to adopt an animal here at St. Gabriel Animal Rescue. First is an application and second is a formal interview in-person. Decisions are made at our discretion, we reserve the right to chose the best parent for each particular pet. We highly rely on the pet to parent interaction to chose our adopters. Additionally, if there are other pets in the home we require that they are current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and on heart worm prevention.
