Meet Fork! Our 7 month old, 9 pound, female, terrier. Fork is a bright-eyed little terrier with a button nose, and a tail that never stops wagging, she is the sweetest girl that loves to be shown love and affection and pays it back to you tenfold. Fork is a gentle girl with a little hop in her step when she wants to bounce and play. <br/><br/>Still growing into her oversized puppy paws and floppy ears, Fork is equal parts sweetness and spirited energy. She loves cuddles, belly rubs, and any human willing to admire her latest discoveries. Fork would make a great companion for any home. <br/><br/>Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.<br/><br/>ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
