Once he bonds with you, he wants to be part of your world. He'll happily join you for an adventure and then climb directly into your lap when it's time to relax-whether he fits there or not.<br/><br/>His foster lovingly describes him as a "chonky lap dog" who can be hilariously invasive when you're trying to work. It's all done with love, of course.<br/><br/>An Active Dog with a Sensitive Heart<br/><br/>Flynn has very high energy and the drive you'd expect from a working-type dog. He's athletic, intelligent, food motivated, toy motivated, and eager to engage.<br/><br/>He would thrive with a family that understands that physical exercise is only part of the equation. Flynn also needs opportunities to use his brain through training, enrichment, sniffing, games, and other activities that give him a job to do.<br/><br/>At the same time, he's a sensitive boy.<br/><br/>New people, loud noises, and unfamiliar environments can make Flynn nervous or overwhelmed. He does best with slow introductions and people who won't push him before he's ready.
