Flurry's Story
Meet Flurry

Flurry is the definition of a happy, well-adjusted girl who has slid right into foster life like she’s always belonged there. From day one, she’s shown what an absolute gem she is.

She is excellent with other dogs of all sizes and has done wonderfully in her foster home. Flurry plays appropriately, respects boundaries, and reads other dogs well — whether they’re big, small, playful, or more laid-back. She truly loves other dogs and enjoys their company.

Flurry has also met children and done phenomenal with them, showing gentle, appropriate behavior and an easygoing, happy demeanor. She would do well in a family setting with kids who understand how to interact respectfully with dogs.

She is crate trained and sleeps through the night without a peep. She’s also doing great with house manners — she goes to the door when she needs to go outside and has been very consistent with potty routines, especially after meals. Inside the home, she’s proven to be trustworthy and has not gone after anything she shouldn’t (including the Christmas tree!).

She has shown curiosity but no reactivity toward cats she’s seen outdoors, appearing more interested in play than anything else. While she hasn’t lived with cats, her easygoing nature suggests she could do well with proper introductions.

Above all, Flurry is just a joyful, affectionate, loving dog. She’s the kind of girl who makes you smile just by being herself — always happy, always excited to be part of the action, and always ready to love her people.

Flurry would thrive in a home ready to give her continued structure, playtime, and affection. She’s going to make an incredible companion for the right family.

Interested in adopting Flurry? She’s ready to bring a little extra joy (and a lot of tail wags) into your life.

Adopt Flurry: www.freedomfirstrescue.com/flurry
