Floyd's Story

From Forgotten to Fearless — Meet Floyd
Floyd is a 1-year-old Chihuahua/Min Pin mix weighing just 12 pounds — a tiny dog with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He was found abandoned in an apartment, left alone for days, crying and howling until someone finally came to help. By the time he was rescued, he was skinny, frightened, and unsure of the world.

But Floyd didn’t let his past define him. With care, safety, and love, he has blossomed into a bold, funny, and incredibly friendly little guy. His playful spirit is back, his confidence is growing every day, and his goofy personality keeps everyone smiling.
He would do fine with older children but he has not been around toddlers much so he is suspicious and barks at them,

Floyd absolutely loves other dogs, gets along wonderfully with cats, and adores people. He’s social, affectionate, and happiest when he’s part of the action — whether that’s playtime, cuddle time, or just following you around as your tiny sidekick.

This resilient little survivor is ready for a forever home where he will never feel forgotten again. In return, he’ll give you endless entertainment, loyal companionship, and a whole lot of love packed into a small, portable package.
Tiny size • Huge personality • Cat & dog friendly • Survivor • Professional joy-maker

If you’re ready for a best friend who will make you laugh and love you fiercely, Floyd is ready to meet you.
Floyd will arrive in Albion, NY in mid March and we would love to have a family waiting for him!

* Please note: All dogs are rescues so we often do not know the actual breeds but use an educated guess to tell you what they most look like.

Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested(if age appropriate), Put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico.
