SSCDR focuses on rescuing dogs from the State of Connecticut. The dogs are rescued from shelters and owner surrenders. We are a No-Kill rescue. We have NO facility and all the dogs are housed in our homes and in foster homes, so an appointment is needed to view a dog. All applicants will need to fill out an online application and be approved before visiting the dog you are applying for.
