Floyd's Story

Floyd came from a terrible place. He was abandoned in a horrible feces-filled filthy house and waiting to be used as a bait dog in a highly crime-ridden area. The neighbors could hear Dino and Floyd both screaming in the night. Floyd is totally coming around and so happy to be in a safe place. He is in sanctuary and will be considered for adoption by a caring individual who is familiar with special needs animals who've survived abusive situations.

Floyd is a very dignified elder gentleman. He is a deep deep auburn color we think part Chesapeake Bay Retriever mixed with Irish Setter and a little Queensland cattle dog which explains Floyd's apartment-sized weight and measurements. He's already crate-trained and settling in...very gentle and people friendly.

Please give us a call if you are interested in meeting Floyd. If you would like to contribute to his well-being, check out the gofundme at https://www.gofundme.com/f/two-abandoned-seniors-in-south-texas
