Flower's Story

Meet sweet Flower. This heeler girl is presumed to be 12ish weeks old and joined our rescue after being left in-front of a vet clinic with her siblings. Exact breed mix is further down in her post.

Now that Flower has had all of her vetting with us and is happy and healthy, she is ready for her forever home She is every bit of perfect. She is fully crate trained, almost completely house broken (structure at this age goes a long way). She is VERY smart and eager to learn so adopters need to continue teaching her. This age for puppies is a critical time in their lives for development Flower is amazing with everyone she meets (kids included) and great with other dogs. She has not been cat tested yet. She is your typical puppy who enjoys playing but also likes a good snuggle nap.. She is extremely sweet!

Before applying for adoption, please understand we are looking for breed experienced adopters. Heelers are working dogs They need an active family that will be able to provide them mental stimulation. Without this, they can tend to start herding humans and they are NOT apartment dogs. They need a yard. Her exact mix (from a DNA test of her sibling is): Australian Cattle Dog / Great Pyrenees / German Shepherd / Belgian Malinois / Rottweiler -

To adopt, copy the link below and paste it into your browser to submit an adoption application. Current dogs in your home must be altered, current on vetting, vaccines and monthly prevention. Failure to be so will result in application denial.

https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SFMR/Dog

All adoptions include:
• Up to date on all vetting
• Free vet exam with a $50 Chewy e-gift card
• Free Fi Mini tracking collar w/ a free membership
• Complimentary grooming to any Scenthound location
