Meet Flounder!<br/><br/>We recently pulled him from Hammond Animal Control to help them make space. Flounder had been at Hammond AC since last August, and for no good reason! This guy is the perfect medium size with plenty of energy and love to give, and seems very interested in meeting other dogs.<br/><br/>He has already experienced A Dog Day Out with a couple of out volunteers. Her's what they had to say: "He walked very well on leash and was easy to redirect when needed. He knows how to sit, and he picked up retrieving a ball surprisingly fast—he was eager to chase it right away, and within just a few minutes he figured out how to bring it back. Once he learned the game, he absolutely loved it!<br/>He’s also incredibly people-oriented. Each time we passed someone, he really wanted to go over and say hello with his irresistibly cute face.
