Flora's Story
Meet Flora!

Flora is a 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix with a bright mind and an even brighter personality. She’s incredibly smart and learns quickly, especially when playtime is involved—fetch is one of her absolute favorite games! She’s happy to chase a ball again and again and would love a family who enjoys active play.

Flora is house-trained, crate-trained, and she does well with children and other dogs, making her a wonderful family companion. Curious by nature, she loves to explore her surroundings and thrives with plenty of physical and mental stimulation.

She can be a bit timid around men initially, but with patience, reassurance, and positive experiences, Flora gains confidence and shows her sweet, affectionate side. She’s looking for an active, loving home that will help her continue to blossom.

Flora weighs about 20 pounds, is spayed and up to date on vaccines.

If you’re searching for a fun, intelligent, and energetic pup who’s always up for a game of fetch, Flora could be your perfect match!

If you are interested in adopting Flora, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.

**Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
