Flo - In CT's Story

Meet Flo - The Little Flower Just Waiting to Bloom! Some puppies are the first to run up and say hello. Sweet Flo is the one quietly watching from behind, hoping someone kind will notice her. At just 5 months old, Flo is already full of love, curiosity, and puppy charm. She has begun an exciting new chapter in her wonderful foster home in Connecticut, where she is learning, growing, and soaking up all the affection she can get. So far, this is what Flo's foster Mom has to say:

Flo is trained to use the puppy pads, but 90% of the time she goes outside. She's shy but coming out of her shell. Flo is a sensitive soul who would love to join a family with another dog. She loves her grumpy foster doggy brother, who is good natured about teaching Flo all about being a well-behaved pup. Good with other dogs, cats and goats. She is very gentle and I'd expect very good with kids although she has not interacted with any. She's barked about 2x since she's been here; she's pretty quiet and calm. Leash training is a work in progress because adorable Flo loves to lean on her people and be close! She loves hanging next to me during the day as I work from home and is very happy just to be by my side!

She was found living under an abandoned home with her siblings, where life taught her to be cautious instead of carefree. But despite her difficult beginning, this precious little girl is ready to leave the past behind and discover what it means to be loved. Could Flo be the missing piece your family has been waiting for? She's packed her puppy kisses and wagging tail and can't wait to meet the people who will love her for a lifetime. If that is your family, apply for Flo now with a free application @ www.americanlabrescue.com.

Now she is getting ready to start her adoption journey! Flo has completed her vaccinations and is heartworm negative. She weighs 22 pounds. Now she's hoping for the happy ending she deserves—a family who will show her that home is a place filled with kindness, comfort, and unconditional love!

Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources Import License to Operate a Rescue Organization License # 0071

State of Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Certificate of Registration for Rescue/Category A License #0075

State of Connecticut Animal Importer Registration Number AIR.000.101
